If facilities offer care for residents with Alzheimer's disease,
or other dementia by means of a special care unit, they must disclose
the form of care or treatment provided. They must explain the
additional care that is provided in philosophy, pre-admission,
admission, and discharge, assessment, care planning and implementation,
physical environment, and resident activities.

facility.
