And that’s why we decided to record another episode with Meredith as we felt we weren’t able to get to all the questions that we have been asked.
1). Why we wanted to put out a “part 2” episode that dives further into Meredith’s story and why she felt it is important to answer your questions.
2). How she learned the skill of training with Seniors even though she is not yet a “senior” herself and why it’s so important to not focus on age but on research, knowledge and experience.
3). Who was her biggest influence when starting out with exercising and fitness.
4). Her views and thoughts on weighing yourself and how or why it can be a distraction from the main goal which is living healthy overall and not focusing just on numbers.
5). Why she feels it is so important to let our audience know how appreciative we are for your support as much as possible and how much joy she gets from hearing your stories about your personal fitness goals.
6). How often she exercises during the week and some of the different types of workouts that she likes to do.
