If you’ve been following our workouts for a little while then you may already be aware of our popular “No Hops, No Squats & No Floor” workouts. These are workouts that are designed by Meredith that incorporate full body routines without any kind of squatting, hopping, or movements where you need to transition to the floor.
These are some of our most popular workouts and we wanted to dedicate an episode to finding out how Meredith designs these types of exercises and finding out if they can still be effective for you.
In This Episode You Will Learn:
1). Why Meredith felt it was important to create these type of workouts and why it’s so important to encourage people to exercise regardless of limitations.
2). Some of the physical problems people have that limit movements and make it hard to do things like squat, hop and transition to the floor.
3). Why designing workouts like this are necessary especially if you are just starting out and may not know the best way to substitute movements that are safer for you.
