Amy E. Stratton is a Partner with Moonan, Stratton & Waldman, LLP where she handles legal matters involving corporate formation and governance, employment law, financing and real estate, and business succession planning. She also works with clients on estate planning and probate administration.
She is known for her ability to actively listen to and understand her clients most pressing challenges and overarching goals, often approaching their legal needs with both compassion and empathy … and strong advocacy when needed.
Amy graduated with a B.A. in English, cum laude, from Boston College and a J.D. from Suffolk University School of Law. She is the past president and a current member of the Rhode Island Women’s Bar Association, where she currently serves on the Emeritus Committee. She is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and active as a volunteer in its Elderly Pro Bono program. She is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Estate Planning Council of Rhode Island. She is licensed to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
