Kyle graduated cum laude from the University of Tampa (B.S. 2010) where he studied economics and accounting and from Suffolk University Law School (J.D. 2013). He is licensed to practice law in the Rhode Island and Massachusetts state courts. Kyle currently practices in the areas of estate planning, corporate law and commercial transactions. Prior to joining Orson and Brusini Ltd. in 2015, Kyle concentrated in the areas of estate planning and asset protection for both modest and high net worth families and business owners, including powers of attorney, wills, trusts, estate and income tax planning, business succession planning, elder law and Medicaid planning, special needs planning, creditor protection, trust and estate administration, probate practice, and fiduciary advisory.
