Medicare.gov published updated Home Health Care Agency data for 2020 today. We’ve merged the updates with our historical data to provide trendlines on all of the critical metrics that you use to evaluate the agency that is best for you and your loved ones.
This update is only the third one of 2020, and included in today’s update is information on 11,332 agencies across the United States. Part of this data comes from filings that the agencies submit to Medicare, and part of the data comes from surveys sent to patients of the agencies. There was an average survey response rate of 26.96% across all agencies, which resulted in over 1.14 million completed surveys. You can read more about our aggregated home care data here.
