Stress is something that everyone deals with and how we handle it can depend on many factors. One of the best ways to handle stress is by exercising regularly but this may not always be an option for everyone. What if you aren’t on a regular exercise schedule or are unable to exercise due to a limitation, injury or other reasons?
Fortunately, there are many other ways to “dial down” stress levels that don’t necessarily mean having to hit the gym every time you feel stressed out.
