Additional information about senior education here.
California residents who are 60 years of age or older may apply for admission to CSULB through the Senior Citizen Education program. Through this program, they will pay greatly reduced fees but will be subject to all other requirements and deadlines for admission, registration and enrollment, including a Late Registration Fee payment, if applicable. See Tuition and Fees, for more information. Contact Enrollment Services, (BH-101) or 562.985.5471, for more information.
Additionally, CSULB sponsored by the College of Health and Human Services created the OSHER Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI). OLLI offers widely varied courses of interest to persons 50 years of age or older. There is no academic prerequisite for admission or to participate in the classes, just a desire to learn. Please see links on the side navigation for more information on OLLI.
