If you are a legal resident of Georgia who is 62 or older and are interested in taking undergraduate-level courses, Georgia College offers the Amendment 23 program that allows you to enroll in classes (depending upon available space) tuition free (excluding textbooks and technology fees).
Admission files should be complete for the following terms by the indicated priority deadlines:
Fall Semester application deadline in July 1Spring semester application deadline is November 1stMaymester application deadline is April 1stSummer June and July session application deadlines are May 1st
