Overview of OLLI Registration
Priority Course Registration Deadline: Please request your spring classes by February 13, 2019 in order to be included in priority "lottery" registration. Every semester, a few courses are very popular and become oversubscribed. In these cases, we use our "lottery" system to more fairly assign registration. According to this system, members are asked to prioritize their choice of courses on their registration form. Most Desired= 1, and so on. Students who indicate that a course is their first or second priority will have the best chance of being registered for that course. After priority registration ends, if seats in a course are still available, registrations are then accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Brown Bag Registration: Dates for Brown Bag presentations are announced approximately three weeks in advance. Registration is always on a first-come, first-served basis.

Course Registration Process
Register Online: Online registration for Spring 2019 semester will be available after January 16 to members with an up-to-date membership. For instructions on how to register, please download our online registration instruction manual.

Register by Mail: Print out the Course Request Form or complete the form in the catalog and return it to the OLLI office. If it is received by Wednesday, February 13, 2019, you will have equal opportunity to be assigned to your preferred courses as do students who are registering online. Course requests received after February 13, 2019 will be accommodated based on availability.

Confirmation: If you have requested your courses by February 13, 2019, you will receive your confirmation by email or mail in late February.

Dropping or Adding Courses: All dropped courses and brown bags are handled by the OLLI office. Please email [email protected] or call 617.287.7312 as soon as you determine that you will not be attending a course you've selected.
