Class Cancellation: While we regret having to do so, it is sometimes necessary to cancel classes with insufficient enrollment. If your class is cancelled, we will notify you by phone or letter. Please include your day phone number on your paper registration.
Confirmation: Please be sure to mark your class information on your calendar, as NO CONFIRMATIONS ARE SENT.
Refunds: You must notify SCC to receive a refund. Formal withdrawal for credit courses must be done by 4 p.m. the day following the class start date or the 5th day of the term, whichever is later to be eligible for a 100% refund. Hour-based course refunds will be allowed if notified three (3) working days prior to the scheduled date. You will receive a full refund if South Central College cancels your class.
Registration Cancellation for Non Payment: Please refer to SCC’s payment deadlines and policies. You may be dropped from classes if payment arrangements have not been made by deadline dates.
Tuition Payment: Pre-registration is necessary for all classes. Tuition or appropriate billing information is required at the time you submit your registration. Lab fees may be in addition to the actual tuition cost. Late tuition fee is $50 for each term.
