Senior citizens who enroll as a visiting student may be eligible for discounted fees. Missouri senior citizens (aged 65 and older) may enroll in on-campus undergraduate courses as a visiting student with “hearer” status (not-for-credit), on a space-available basis. There is a $25 registration fee per semester. Registration fee covers the cost of coursework (traditional “tuition” is waived). Senior citizens are not charged a health services fee, student activity fee or IT fee (supplemental course fees still apply, if applicable). They are issued a “guest pass” granting them access to the library and computing network. For more information, contact the Admissions Office at 573-341-4165.
