Senior Audits
The Senior Audit program is designed for adults 60 years or older who have resided in Ohio for at least 1 year. The term audit indicates that the student is taking a UC course without receiving any credit for having taken the course.
Under certain conditions, senior adults may audit courses at the University of Cincinnati free of cost.

How to sign up for a course as a Senior Audit student
Step 1: Complete a Basic Data Form.
Step 2: Approximately two-three business days after submitting the form, you will receieve an email with instructions on how to sign up for classes. The email will be sent to the address you stated in the Basic Data Form. Please note that if you were previously a student at UC, you will not recieve this email.
Step 3: On the day the course starts, check One Stop’s website to determine if the course is still open. If the course appears available, complete an Add/Drop form. It is at the discretion of the professor whether to add a student to the class. If the the professor approves, they will sign the Add/Drop form. A completed Add/Drop form must have a professor’s signature. If the professor declines to sign the form, the student will not be added to the course.
Step 4: Once the add/drop slip is signed by the instructor, the student must deliver the form to Pathways’ front desk in order to be enrolled in the course.
