Dealing with aches and pains while living an active lifestyle is a common issue. Some of us deal with it more than others as we are all different but how do we know when we should be listening to the aches and pains that are telling us to rest and take it easy?
The body has many ways to let us know when it’s time to step back but it may be a hard to recognize these signals especially when trying to attain a fitness goal or work through what we think is temporary pain. In a lot of cases, aches and pains are minor but sometimes it’s best to listen to what our bodies are telling us.
