Regular doctor visits or checkups can be stressful for some, especially if we feel like we aren’t being heard or even ignored. Unfortunately, this is an all too common problem. Feeling unheard can lead to depression or feelings of “giving up” when it comes to communicating with your doctor.
Fortunately, there are things you can do to make sure you are being valued when it comes time to discuss your situation with your doctor or physician.
