2. Next, we turn to Google, Yelp, and other platforms to read reviews. While we try to choose facilities with higher ratings, we do still read all the negative reviews. If there’s a disparity between the rating on Google and Yelp, we put on our tweed hat and figure out why!
3. And finally, we check out their social media pages! If a facility has a YouTube channel, we take the time to watch their videos, as well!
