SeniorResource.com is dedicated to providing content to aging adults, retirees, and their caregivers through its digital media mix of expert articles, comprehensive guides, podcasts, resource directories, and more. SeniorResource.com delivers daily applicable, educational, and relatable content, relevant to the 55 and older community. We advocate for the enrichment, health, and safety of senior adults and Baby Boomers, and are committed to addressing primary topics of interest, such as housing, nursing care, and aging in place. Our goal is to produce thoroughly researched articles, information, and other resources on the most important topics affecting seniors and their retirement years today.
SeniorResource.com was founded in 1995 by Senior Housing Marketing Specialist and author, Barbara Krueger. The website was home to a collection of E-zines and directory information meant to educate and inspire elder adults. Over the years, Senior Resource has evolved, expanding its directories, editorial team, and reach. In 2021, Eagle Financial Publications, a division of Salem Media Group, acquired the website and began updating content, as well as directories, with the original company mission intact: to provide relatable information for seniors and their caregivers.
We love to share knowledge! At SeniorResource.com, we serve up digital content in several ways! Here’s our process for each:
Our editorial team is committed to delivering content that is accurate and trustworthy. All articles are fact-checked and edited before publishing to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and clarity. Published content is frequently checked for any necessary edits or updates.
Senior Resource is home to numerous resource directories, devoted to assisting seniors and caregivers in finding housing, care, and financial and legal assistance in their state. Directories are continually monitored, updated, and added to.
The Senior Resource Network produces podcasts on the most important topics in retirement and 55+ lifestyle today, including Medicare, senior housing, aging in place, caregiving, and more! Hosts often feature vetted professionals, share tips and tricks, and inspire and challenge listeners to lead thoughtful, empowered lives.
Our editorial team is committed to delivering applicable resource guides on a myriad of topics ranging from home care to retirement investing and everything in between. All resource guides are fact-checked, edited, and optimized for easy access and readability. Guides are most often delivered in PDF-format via email signup.
