Our research process:

1. We start where it counts: by visiting each facility’s website and reading through all the available info (customer testimonials, FAQ pages, etc.)! If there are videos on the website, we watch those, too!
2. Next, we read real customer reviews on platforms like Google and Yelp, among others. We take note of all the reviews, both good and bad, when we choose each facility. We also check the ratings of each facility on other platforms, like U.S. News & World Report and the Better Business Bureau.
3. And finally, we check their social media presence. AKA, if they have a Facebook or Instagram, we’re sure to dig through those, too!
