Our research process:

1. We start where it counts: by visiting each facility’s website and reading through all the available info (customer testimonials, FAQ pages, etc.)! If there are videos on the website, we watch those, too!
2. Next, we read real customer reviews on platforms like Google and Yelp, among others. We take note of all the reviews, both good and bad, when we’re considering each facility. We also check the ratings for each facility on other platforms, like U.S. News & World Report.
3. And finally, we check their social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube! We also check to see if/how they respond to negative Google reviews.
