Thomas P. Clougherty, Esq., CFP, CELA*: has been practicing law since 1996. His level of experience and credentials are extensive, allowing him to provide the highest level of advice and guidance to seniors, disabled adults and their families.
Tom is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc. (NAELA) and the Massachusetts Chapter of NAELA. He has also achieved the CELA* (Certified Elder Law Attorney) designation through the National Elder Law Foundation (www.nelf.org), the only organization approved by the American Bar Association to offer certification in the area of elder law, and is a certification that only about 5% of the elder law attorneys in Massachusetts have achieved.
