Heather E. Voorn is a partner with Delaney Delaney & Voorn, Ltd. Initially, Ms. Voorn joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2007, and made partner in 2012. Heather E. Voorn devotes her legal practice to Elder Law. Ms. Voorn is board certified as a Certified Elder Law Attorney* (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation.

A Guardian ad Litem (GAL) in Will County, Ms. Voorn is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Will County Bar Association, and the South Suburban Bar Association. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the South Suburban Bar Association. Ms. Voorn is also accredited by the Veteran’s Administration, and serves on the faculty of the National Business Institute and the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education. She is also a co-author of Advising Elderly Clients and their Families, and has spoken locally and nationally on elder law issues, and is considered an expert on Nursing Home Residents’ rights.
