Lee was admitted to practice in New York in 1975 and is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Rockland Bar Association, Westchester Bar Association and NAELA (National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys). He is a member of the Executive Committee of the state bar Elder Law Section. Since 1996, he has held the Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) designation from the National Elder Law Foundation. He is a frequent lecturer at Bar Association Continuing Legal Education Programs involving Elder Law issues and served on the New York State Bar Association Power of Attorney Task Force. Lee is also a member of the BUisiness Development Board of the Hudson Valley Bank.
