Mrs. Weaver is a frequent speaker in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate Practice, Medicaid Practice for local organizations and the National Business Institute. Mrs. Weaver received her Juris Doctor degree in 1987 from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree, Cum Laude, from Kent State University in 1984. She currently serves as Magistrate for the City of Broadview Heights Mayor’s Court. Prior to private practice, Mrs. Weaver was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Ohio in its Environmental Enforcement Section and cross-designated as a Special Assistant United States Attorney with the United States Attorney General’s Office.
