Attorney Kathryn M. Williams, “Kate,” received her Bachelor of Arts from John Carroll University in 2004, where she graduated cum laude. Ms. Williams went on to study law at the University of Dayton School of Law and earned her Juris Doctor in 2007.
Ms. Williams began her legal career as an assistant prosecuting attorney, where she represented the State of Ohio on behalf of victims of crime in both Montgomery and Delaware Counties. In 2011, Ms. Williams joined the Lavin Law Group, LLC, and became the managing attorney of the Columbus office. There, Ms. Williams turned the focus of her practice to elder law, estate planning, trusts, special needs planning, and Veteran’s benefits. Ms. Williams returned to the Cleveland area in 2012, where she continues to help clients solve complex planning issues.
