In 1985, Luke received his Bachelor’s Degree and a Commission as an Officer in the United States Navy and a Merchant Marine Third Officer License (Unlimited Tonnage) from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, New York. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and received his JD in 1989 from New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. He is an Accredited Estate Planner by the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils. Luke resides in Plainville, Massachusetts with wife Debra and children, Sarah and Ian.
