In the back of my mind, I always thought law school would be a good fit for me. This is due in large part to the fact that I love guiding others to understand complex situations, as well as helping them to get out of those situations. But my education led me in a different direction, and instead of pursuing law school, I wound up working in the field of computer technology for the greater part of my young adult life.
Then, something happened that I hadn’t expected ‚Äî my parents started to get older. Suddenly, it became very clear that they needed someone to protect their rights and to make a plan that accounted for their needs as senior citizens.
