Adam K. Lukenbill focuses his practice on the areas of estate planning, farm and business succession planning, estate and trust administration, asset protection (including long-term nursing home planning), and representation of closely-held businesses. Adam has counseled individuals, families, and businesses throughout northern Indiana since 2007. His experience includes preparing estate plans designed to minimize estate tax liability and/or to protect beneficiaries with special needs. Adam also assists owner-managed farms and businesses with transactional issues, such as entity formation, operation, and contracts such as leases, sale/purchase agreements, buy-sell agreements, and supply chain and distribution agreements. He serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations. A native Hoosier, Adam resides in Plymouth, Indiana, with his wife and daughters.
