Earl J. Rice received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from The Ohio State University in 1975, and continued his education graduating with a Masters of Business Administration degree in 1977. He immediately entered the University of Cincinnati College of Law, graduating with his law degree in 1980.
Attorney Rice concentrates in estate planning, probate, tax preparation and planning, family business succession planning, real estate, asset protection and elder law including Medicaid and VA eligibility. With 37 years of legal experience in estate planning, he provides his clients with services such as powers of attorney, wills, all types of trusts, and other planning techniques. He also advises on the formation, and income tax consequences of business entities such as limited liability companies, partnerships, corporations, and non-profits.
