Bryan Adler is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) through the National Elder Law Foundation; the only American Bar Association accredited certification in Elder Law. He dedicates his elder law practice to advising and counseling clients in the areas of elder law, life care planning, asset protection, veterans’ benefits, estate planning, guardianships and long-term care advocacy for both Pennsylvania and New Jersey residents.
Mr. Adler received his bachelor’s degree in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University and his Juris Doctor from Drexel University. Mr. Adler is licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is also a Veterans Administration accredited attorney.
As a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Mr. Adler serves on the Practice Development and Success Committee. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys and the Life Care Planning Law Firms Association.
Initially designated by Super Lawyers in 2017, Mr. Adler is a “Rising Star” in the practice of Elder Law for which only 2.5% of attorneys are selected. Mr. Adler was also awarded the Five Star Financial Professional designation. Mr Adler is the co-chair of the Practice Development committee for the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, a member of the Drexel University School of Law Alumni Council, and a past member of the Hospice of Pennsylvania Ethics Board and the Drexel University School of Law Alumni Council.
Mr. Adler speaks regularly in the local Philadelphia community and with elder care professionals on topics such as Medicaid, Veterans Benefits, and Life Care Planning. Additionally, Mr. Adler is the former co-host of Senior Legal Strategies, a weekly radio program discussing various Elder Law and Estate Planning topics airing on AM 1490 WBCB in Greater Philadelphia.
Mr. Adler works to bring attention to hunger issues and often assists in raising funds to donate to local Bucks County and Philadelphia County food banks and shelters. He also regularly participates in “Tough Mudder” endurance races to raise money for the Wounded Warrior Project. Bryan lives with his family in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
