Russell is a lifelong Tennessee resident, having lived in Memphis since he was young. After receiving his Bachelor’s Degree and graduating summa cum laude from the University of Memphis, he pursued his Juris Doctorate at the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis, where he graduated with honors.
While in law school, Russell was the recipient of two CALI Top Exam Awards (Contracts and Insurance Law), and was a Senior Editorial Board Member for the University of Memphis Law Review. He also served as the Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Donna M. Fields at the Shelby County Circuit Court.
He is a member of both the Tennessee Bar Association and Memphis Bar Association, and has experience in the areas of Estate Planning, Business Law, Probate, Elder Law, and Family Law. Russell offers clients comprehensive estate planning solutions and probate services, and enjoys working with people of all walks of life in accomplishing their goals. Rather than simply signing documents and walking out the door, he emphasizes the importance of maintaining a continuing relationship with all clients, to ensure that they are always on track to meet their objectives.
In his spare time, Russell enjoys traveling, reading, history, and soccer. In July 2010, Russell married his wife April, and they currently reside in Bartlett with their son, Samuel.
