Marta Williger practices in the area of Elder Law. Her practice includes estate administration, estate planning, long term care planning, guardianships and conservatorships. She earned her undergraduate degree in education from the University of Miami at Oxford, graduating magna cum laude and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Akron, graduating cum laude. Ms. Williger belongs to the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the State Bar of Ohio and the Akron Bar Association, where she is past chair of the Probate Section. She is a frequent speaker at Bar Association and professional continuing education programs as well as community programs for seniors and their families. She writes a bimonthly newsletter entitled Update on the Law, for nonlegal professionals who work with the elderly. Ms. Williger is certified as an Elder Law Specialist by the National Elder Law Foundation.
