There are exciting plans for Homewood at Spring House Estates. We are a continuing care retirement community nestled in scenic Bedford County, Pennsylvania. Our location is second to none. We are close to the UPMC Bedford Memorial Hospital, many physician offices and medical facilities, plus convenient to shopping. We are a short driving distance to major interstates and the Pennsylvania Turnpike. The existing cottages are exceptionally nice with all appliances, lots of storage, garages and large sunrooms. We also are building new cottages that will give the option of a one-car or two-car garages. These homes will be available for occupancy summer and fall of this year.
