Independent Living residents may choose from eleven apartment models featuring private patios or balconies, spacious kitchens with modern appliances and built-in emergency response systems. Services include one meal daily, housekeeping, all utilities (excluding telephone), satellite tv or cable, scheduled transportation, 24-hour on-site security, Chaplain and religious services and access to our comprehensive health clinic and pharmacy. Community amenities include a Great Hall, multi-denominational chapel, elevators throughout, common area with fireplace, library, beauty salon/barber shop, an arts and crafts studio, a fully-equipped woodshop, private mailboxes and on-site banking.Both residential healthcare and skilled nursing care are made available as needed to residents who may require additional medical or psychological support. Health care at The Evergreens also features various wellness and fitness programs, healthcare screening, complementary therapies and recreation and activities programs including community events, group outings and regularly scheduled weekly activities.
