The Village at Cook Springs is owned and operated by Noland Health Services, a not for profit healthcare organization, and a recognized leader in the health services industry for over 80 years. The Village at Cook Springs offers three levels of accommodations with different living options for full-service senior living. You may choose from a variety of floor plans and levels of assistance. Apartments for our Independent Living residents are spacious and private with one and two bedroom plans available. Residents enjoy a meal plan and housekeeping as part of their monthly rent, with optional services available for reasonable fees. Assisted Living accommodations at The Village’s Springs Manor include a private bath, individual climate control, housekeeping, laundry and full meal service. Specialty Care Assisted Living for Dementia Residents is available in a separate and distinct area called Wisteria Springs.Our Skilled Nursing area offers experienced, caring, around-the-clock nursing care for residents. Semi-private and private rooms are available with dining rooms located in close proximity for easy access. The Village also offers scheduled transportation for outings and shopping trips, a full calendar of activities for all levels of residents, a quiet library and chapel with daily services. The Village extends a true country living experience, with leisurely walking trails, gentle farm animals, rolling pastures and a rippling pond, yet all the conveniences and services of city life. From your window you might see ducks and geese, or a singing cardinal in the trees. And just outside your apartment door is a community humming with life.
