The downtown area is the heart of Lake Alfred. The architecture, street lighting, and picturesque landscaping make the entire commercial center of Lake Alfred a place of beauty, activity, and safety. The area serves as a historical business district, so there are places for outdoor events, sidewalks shaded with trees, wide enough that restaurants overflow outside under awnings and umbrellas.

Many major attractions, including Fantasy of Flight, Bok Tower Gardens, and, of course, Walt Disney World, are only minutes away.
