I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath home in Oliver Springs, Tennessee that I would like to offer room rentals to senior ladies. My mother and I live next door to the property and I would like to have her some companions to play cards with, socialize with. We have a lil mini farm, and I could assist with rides, shopping, cleaning. There is plenty of room for gardening, egg collecting (we have chickens) hiking.
