Hi there! I'm a widowed senior and retired professor hoping to share my home. Due to an accident, I'm not highly mobile for long durations, and spend most of my day in the master bedroom. I come out for tea and food, but otherwise, my housemate would have most use of the rest of the house, which includes a guest bedroom and bathroom at the opposite end of the house, kitchen, dining room, living room, and back yard. We'd share the pantry, kitchen space (2 fridges), and the driveway, along with the sunroom/man cave, once I get the contents dealt with. Brookfield residents also have access to two pools with hot tubs, a clubhouse for events with a big screen TV, and I think tennis courts. The area is home to lots of walkers (with dogs and without), and there's a pond with ducks & turtles to feed, and benches for watching the fountain or chatting with neighbors. I enjoy reading, playing board games & RPGs, traveling, learning new things, and stress baking. I would prefer a housemate who has a positive attitude and appreciates diversity. No tobacco, illegal substances/behavior, or heavy alcohol use, please. Medical marijuana is fine.
