60 years old home owner has room to rent for seniors or apartment share in Indian Lakes, St. Cloud, Florida, in nice clean home. No pet allowed.

I have a large main bedroom with vaulted ceilings. This room has a Shower, separate garden tub, which over looks the pool and waterfall. This is a beautiful 4 bedroom Pool House. I have 2 female renters, that're more like friends, that have been with me for 6 years. We range in age from 60 to 70. We love the outdoors, and lounging by the pool, and under the cabana. I have a small business selling wreaths, swags, topiary trees. I grow all foliage, and flowers here. I also have 2 Boston Terriers, which stay with me down stairs, or in the backyard.
