2. Next, we read real customer reviews on platforms like Google and Yelp. When we read reviews, we don’t just skim through them. We take our time and note common themes throughout both the positive and negative reviews. For example, if reviews repeatedly mention that a nursing home has bad food or dirty rooms, we would immediately take it off our list. Likewise, if most reviewers praise the staff or facility, we know that we probably have a great nursing home on our hands!
3. And finally, we check Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and whatever other social media platforms a nursing home is on! That way, we have a more firsthand look into the community and its day-to-day operations.
