Our research process:

1. We start where it counts: by visiting each nursing home’s website. We read customer testimonials, check the picture galleries, and read about all the medical and healthcare services they offer. We also make a note of any awards or certifications they have listed!
2. Next, we read real customer reviews on Google and Yelp, among countless others. We don’t just read the good reviews; we also take the bad ones into account.
3. And finally, we check each nursing home’s social media presence. AKA, if they have a Facebook or Instagram, we’re sure to dig through those, too! We also try to find their YouTube channels, if they have one, as videos go a long way in helping us paint an overall picture of each facility.
