Wasatch Commons Cohousing is an intentional community, established in 1998, of twenty-six clustered townhouses on 4.5 acres in the Glendale neighborhood of Salt Lake City, Utah. We are self-managed. Most residents own their homes; others rent.
Some of the goals we have sought to achieve in creating Wasatch Commons include
everyone has a say,
sharing & cooperation,
diversity,
environmental sensitivity,
accessibility, and
affordability.
