As a lawyer, Chris’s qualifications go well beyond just a law degree. He is Board Certified in Estate Planning & Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization (a special qualification fewer than 1% of attorneys in Texas can claim). Chris is admitted to practice law before the courts in the State of Texas, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington, D.C.. He serves a major university as an adjunct professor in law and is a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas (an honorary organization for the most highly trained lawyers in the State). He is an experienced litigator, negotiator, and mediator (with experience in jury trials, arbitration, and mediation); and, Chris leads the team at his law firm, serving as Managing Partner.
Academically, he has earned two undergraduate degrees in business and two post-graduate degrees in law, and tax law. Outside of the legal world, Chris is deeply involved in the community, serving as an elected city council member, business owner, and community leader.
