Amy’s legal practice began in Wadsworth, Ohio. While in Ohio, she had a general practice that included estate planning, probate, and guardianship. Amy was a court appointed guardian for several of Medina County’s indigent elderly citizens. In 1999, she became licensed in the State of Florida. Amy was able to assist Ohio snow-birds with their Florida legal issues. In 2004, Amy and her husband, Ben, and their two daughters moved to Cape Coral. Amy continued her sole practice focusing on estate planning, probate administration, trust administration, Medicaid planning, and guardianship.
