Randy is a Florida native, born in Milton, Florida. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 1990 and graduated from the University of Miami with a Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, in May 1993, serving on The University of Miami Law Review, Honor Society of the Bar and Gavel and Moot Court Board. Randy graduated in the top 7% of his class and was awarded the Order of the Coif, a prestigious award for outstanding achievement in law school.
