NORMA HAND BRILL has been a board certified Elder Law Attorney by the Florida Bar since 1998, and a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation since 1996. Originally from Texas, she obtained her BBA from the University of Texas in Austin and her law degree from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio. She is licensed to practice in Florida, Texas, Tennessee and Colorado (inactive).

She founded her firm in 1990 and concentrates her practice on issues affecting elders including Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning, Veterans Benefits and Probate and Trust Administration.
