Jana McConnaughhay is Board Certified in Elder Law by the Florida Bar. She is a Tallahassee native, who received a B.A. in Accounting, with honors, from Furman University and her J.D. from the Vanderbilt University School of Law, where she won the K. Harlan Dodson Moot Court Award for outstanding service to the Moot Court program. Ms. McConnaughhay is a past Chair of the Board of Directors of the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar, and continues to serve on its Joint Public Policy Task Force for the Elderly and Disabled. She is on the Board of Directors for the Community Foundation of North Florida, the Leon High School Foundation, the Capital City Bank Community Board, and the Florida Bar’s Grievance Committee for the Second Judicial Circuit.
