We begin accepting online course proposals for each fall semester beginning the first Monday of classes in the preceding spring semester. The same applies for the spring semester–we begin accepting online course proposals for each spring on the first day of classes (Monday) in the preceding fall semester. Keep in mind that early submissions have a better choice of locations and times.
The method for course proposal submission is through our online form, which can be accessed from the Course Proposal Data Entry sub-menu under “Course Proposals”.
The Curriculum Committee manages all course proposals in an online database, which greatly facilitates the production of the semester’s catalog. If absolutely necessary, a proposal can be composed as a Word document and sent as an email attachment to acadlll@capecod.edu.The required information and options for location, date and time can be found in the online form. We do require an email address to be able to accept your proposal. Once you have submitted your proposal, you will receive an automatic reply of confirmation of your submission through the email you provided on the form.
Please bear in mind that all manually submitted course proposals will ultimately have to be entered into the database via the online form. Your cooperation in using the online form will help reduce the amount of administrative work required of A.L.L. staff and volunteers in preparing for each semester. Thank you.
