Our Purpose
The Exploratory and Pre-Professional Advising Center (EPAC) plays an essential role in shaping the early academic success of our students, by easing the transition to UNM. The interaction between student and advisor begins during Lobo Orientation and extends throughout the next 4 semesters. The advisors work with non-degree, exploratory, and pre-health students to develop goals and an educational plan.
Furthermore, EPAC promotes collaboration by working closely with health science entities, participating in campus wide initiatives, and programming that have a direct impact on student success and retention thus providing students with vast academic opportunities.
