Dr. Jeff Elwell is the 10th president of Eastern New Mexico University. His responsibilities include overseeing the University’s operations and strategic initiatives, serving as a spokesperson for the University at both a local and global scale.

The Board of Regents is the highest governing body of the University whose broad responsibilities are to supervise, coordinate, manage and regulate all aspects of ENMU. The board consists of five members, one of whom is a member of the ENMU student body.
