Community Based Outreach (CBO)
Formerly Known as “Community Education”
Community Based Outreach offers noncredit personal enrichment and professional development classes. Our goal is to provide a wide range of programs to meet community needs and interests. We aim to promote lifelong learning through courses aimed at personal enrichment, professional development, skill development, and recreational enjoyment.
Community courses are designed to meet the not-for-credit, continuing education needs of individuals in the Tri-Cities area.
Come explore, create, and learn through our courses that touch on cooking, quilting, driving, dancing, computers, fitness, art, home improvement, photography, and many more. View our currently available classes!
Spring 2019 classes are available!
Register for classes here at register online. Call 217-614-4941 if you have questions or difficulty using the online site. If we do not have course offerings in an area of interest to you, please contact us so we can see if we can arrange classes. You can e-mail your request to communityed@jwcc.edu
